Latch decodes each HEIC and re-encodes it as a JPG using your browser — instantly and offline.
Keep the default, or nudge the quality slider to balance sharpness against file size.
Save them one at a time, or grab everything at once in a single zip. That's it.
No. Every HEIC is read and converted by your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server — in fact, the tool keeps working even with your Wi-Fi switched off.

You can convert up to 50 photos at once. The real limit is your device's available memory, not an arbitrary cap we've set.

Never. There is no account and no storage. Close the tab and every file you worked on is gone for good.
